Malvern Hills AONB Management Plan Review

Online consultation

The Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is one of Britain’s finest landscapes. The AONB is 105 square kilometres, includes parts of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and covers 22 parishes from Bromesberrow in the south to Knightwick and Lulsley in the north.

The Malvern Hills AONB is cared for by a partnership of organisations (the Malvern Hills AONB Partnership) which works with others to protect and enhance the area's natural beauty and distinctive character. Policy and management for the AONB is provided though a five year management plan which has a statutory basis.

The current management plan (2009 to 2014) is being reviewed and, as part of this exercise, the Countryside Training Partnership facilitated two workshops and ran an online consultation to help gather views and shape the development of the new plan

The deadline for feedback has now passed but for more information about the AONB, AONB Partnership and the review of the AONB Management Plan please visit
